NOTE- It’s still a bit early to have all information available for the 2026 AMB Season, but please check back after January 1, 2026. We expect to have all info posted after that date.

1. Carefully read the 2026 AMB Summer Info Guide (click here-this is the 2025 guide, but most info other than specific dates will be similar) and make sure you are able to commit to the schedule and policies.

2. Submit your Audition (Check back after January 1, 2026 for audition materials). Wind Players, click this link for instructions. Percussion- contact Prof Noah at LNoah@uwf.edu for details. Color Guard- contact Darlene Ham at DHam@uwf.edu for details. If accepted into the band, complete the next five steps.

3. Submit the Membership Commitment Form by clicking this link (this IS live for 2026. If you know you want to to join, please go ahead and complete the form)

4. Submit the Emergency Medical Form by clicking this link (this is also live for the 2026 season)

5. Order Shoes/Gloves/Socks by clicking this link (check back after January 1, 2026)*See Notes Below

   *Wind Players should order the MTX shoes, gloves, and socks; Percussionists should only order the MTX shoes and socks; Color Guard should only order the split-soled shoes.

   *If you are an instrumentalist who already has a pair of all-black, matte-finish marching shoes in excellent condition from high school that still fit, you can use those instead. The socks are also only necessary to order if you don't already have long, all-black socks. All wind players must order gloves. Percussionists do not need gloves. All color guard members must order the split-soled shoes (color guard members don't need the MTX shoes, gloves, or socks)

2. If accepted into the ensemble, register for the course or have your freshman-year advisor enroll you. Music majors must take the course for 1 credit. All others have the option of enrolling for either 1 or 0 credits.
